Project planning is more than just drawing up the planning. The schedule must also be kept up to date. We call this monitoring the progress of the project. The resulting reports are important to report the status of the project key stakeholders. Progress monitoring is not just a planning technical software operation. Soft skills are also required. For example, interview techniques for collecting progress or advice skills for solutions. In addition to the theory, you will also train in these skills.
