Create support for managing risks

Risk management must be an explicit part of project management. That’s easier said than done. Not all organizations have a corporate culture in which dealing with risks is a matter of course. In order to get risk management properly and reliably, a risk manager is asked to create support base. This requires other competencies than the professional ones. During this course, participants gain insight into management styles and learn to create support for analyzing and managing risks.
