Every project has risks. It is important to identify, analyze and manage possible risks to maintain control of your project. The course Risk Management is intended for project managers, project planners and project controller who would like to discover practical approaches to mitigate and manage risks. The course will present four main topics: basic principles of risk management, qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis and risk monitoring. In addition, you will be introduced to the Monte Carlo methodology and probabilistic scheduling.
