Cost Control using Oracle Primavera Cloud

The Cost Control with Oracle Primavera Cloud course consists of two parts. In the first part of the course, participants will work on a project-wide basis using the Cost & Funds and Scope module of Oracle Primavera Cloud. The second part of the course focuses on applying the theory of Earned Value Management (EVM) in a practical way within Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC). For this intensive course, we expect a solid understanding of project planning and practical experience with Oracle Primavera Cloud, including creating dashboards and reports. Some knowledge of Cost Control and Earned Value calculations is an advantage.

This course is designed for experienced project planners and project controllers. Knowledge of Cost Control and Earned Value Management is a plus. If you do not have this knowledge, we recommend first taking the Project Planning with Oracle Primavera Cloud course.

This course is intended for experienced Oracle Primavera Cloud users. Knowledge of Project Planning, Risk Management, and Cost Control is preferred.
