Pull-Planning (Lean & LPS) using Oracle Primavera Cloud

Oracle Primavera Cloud is considered the best system for Pull-Planning, Lean Planning, and the Last Planners System due to its advanced functionalities enabling teams to create precise plans and collaborate digitally in real-time, facilitating efficient project execution. The significant advantage of Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) over sticky notes (post-its) is the digitization and centralization of information. In OPC, teams can collaborate in real-time, share documents, track updates, and analyze information in a structured and scalable manner, while sticky notes are limited in terms of storage, accessibility, and traceability, especially in complex project environments. In Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), the Lean Task and Schedule modules collaborate to apply Lean principles to project management. The Lean Task module is designed to support the Last Planner System (LPS), where tasks are defined based on team input and project constraints.

This course is aimed at project team members involved in creating Pull-Plans during Lean and/or LPS meetings. Knowledge of Oracle Primavera Cloud and/or Project Planning is not necessary. During this course, only the Task module will be utilized with a brief explanation of the Planning and Dashboard modules.
