Turbo-Chart using Primavera P6 Client or Microsoft Project

Turbo-Chart is an easy-to-use reporting software for time-road charts with vertical or horizontal alignment. This software does not provide a Schedule Engine and must therefore be used in conjunction with scheduling software. During this course we work with Oracle Primavera P6 Client and is primarily intended for experienced Primavera P6 planners. Experience in making project plans is a plus. If you do not have this knowledge, we recommend that you first follow the Project Planning course, Oracle Primavera P6 Client Fundamentals or Microsoft Project Fundamentals course.

During this course you will make two diagrams. One for laying a cable, a second for high-rise renovation project. The project schedules are partly ready in Primavera P6. After you have set up Turbo-Chart, you will read and synchronize these schedules. Because Turbo-Chart is a graphics program, much attention is paid to the graphics settings. A.o. creating a baseline after which you will compare an updated project schedule.
