Class lessons
After you have registered for a classroom training on location you will receive an invoice from us. You must pay this invoice prior to the course. After we have received and checked your payment, the registered participant will receive a confirmation of participation. You must take this to our course location. Of course you can also show this through your smartphone.Virtual Live Class, Blended Learning & Online Masterclasses
To follow a Virtual Live Classroom and blended training you need an access code. You will receive this including the login details after we have received the payment. The cost for following an online session is per individually registered participants. Of course you can participate with multiple participants behind a Webcam if all candidates are registered. If the numbers do not match the number of registered participants, your trainer may decide to exclude you from following a session.InCompany & customization
You can book in-company courses via our website. For providing customized training, we always make an offer in advance.The travel and accommodation cost for our trainer are specified separately. If you agree with our offer then you also agree with our payment terms.E-Learning
You can only pay for our e-learning courses directly online. After we have received and verified your payment, you will receive your login details from us. You purchase an e-learning course for a period as described in the course description. If you are unable to complete the course within this period, you can of course extend your study duration.Virtual online exam
Our virtual online exams and final tests are conducted through our e-learning environment. For this you need a device, internet connection, camera and microphone. Registering for an exam is done through our website, payments con only be made through an online payment method. After we have received and verified your payment, you will receive confirmation of your exam from us. You must be online well in advance of your exam time for a security check. If you are not online on the agreed dates and times, your exam will be canceled. Refund for an exam or final test is not possible.
