You can perform Earned Value analyzes with the help of Oracle Primavera P6 Client. During this course we explain step by step how this works. You will update a project plan, determine earned value indicators and perform audit calculations based on a practical workshop. Of course, you will learn how to prepare various Earned Value reports. Software settings are an important part of this course. The Earned Value is calculated depending on the settings. If this is set differently than you expect, the outcome and therefore also the interpretation will be different. The differences are clarified using the Earned Value calculation formulas.
