AAC-200 Project Planning
This course is specially designed for (starting) project planners and project managers who want to learn more about project planning. The course provides a solid foundation to master the necessary theory, with the goal of being able to independently plan complex projects. You will receive focused training in the Precedence Diagram Method, critical path analysis and report preparation. All concepts used are aligned with the PMBOK standard of the PMI, the same as used in Oracle Primavera. Upon completion, you will be able to create thoughtful schedules and effectively report on project progress.
The project planning course is offered entirely online through a user-friendly Elearning environment. You work independently and follow a structured learning path that takes you step-by-step through the most important theories and methods surrounding project planning. After each chapter you make short test questions, so you can immediately check if you master the material. Practical examples and assignments allow you to apply the knowledge you have acquired immediately. You learn at your own pace, wherever and whenever you want. After completing this course you will have sufficient prior knowledge to successfully start the Project Planning using Oracle Primavera course.
