ARAM Academy Course Terms and Conditions
General
These terms and conditions apply in addition to our Aram Group General Terms and Conditions of Delivery for all training courses provided by ARAM Academy.
Registration
You can register by sending in the completed registration form or by sending an email to
. Once we have received your registration, ARAM Academy will immediately send you a confirmation of your registration.
ARAM Academy does not check whether the form has been signed by someone who is authorized to do so.
We may refuse a registration without giving reasons and will inform the applicant accordingly.
Course
The course will be given as described on the current website www.aramacademy.com at the time of registration.
If there are insufficient participants for a course date, we will cancel the course and invite you to the next course.
Places are allocated in order of registration.
Prices
Our prices are based on current costs, such as materials, wages, and statutory levies. We reserve the right to adjust our prices if these factors change.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Are you taking the course at our office in Capelle aan den IJssel? Then catering is included in the price.
Cancellation
Cancellations must always be made in writing, by email to info@aramacademy.com. The moment we receive your cancellation notice is considered the moment of cancellation.
If you cancel within 7 calendar days before the start of the course, you will be charged the full course fee.
If you are unable to attend, someone else may take your place.
Postponement
Would you like to take the course at a different time? Please submit a written request by email to info@aramacademy.com.
We will only agree to this if you indicate in writing and without reservation that you will participate in the next course after your original registration and pay the course fee on time.
Payment
Our standard payment term is 30 days after invoicing and must be paid prior to the training, unless otherwise agreed.
If you do not pay on time, we may terminate the agreement and charge you for any costs incurred and any damage suffered.
Other provisions
You may only use the course materials yourself. The copyright belongs to ARAM Academy.
If a participant is (partially) absent, the course fees will not be (partially) refunded.
Cancellation of a course or part thereof does not entitle the participant to compensation.
The student and the person who registered them are both jointly and severally liable for damage to property belonging to ARAM or third parties caused by the participant during the course or training. Damage resulting directly from course activities is not included.
After completing the course, you will receive an ARAM Academy certificate.
