We understand that participants want to start using the software as soon as possible and often have limited time to take a theory course beforehand. That is why Aram Academy offers accessible theoretical e-learning courses, specifically designed to provide thorough preparation for hands-on software training, so that participants have a better understanding of what they are doing and get more out of the training.

The main advantage of an e-learning course prior to software training is that participants already have a solid grasp of the theoretical fundamentals. This allows the training to focus on practical application, helping participants better understand why the software performs certain calculations and enabling them to get more out of the training. In addition, e-learning offers flexibility, self-paced learning, the ability to review material, and access regardless of time or location.

Aram Academy offers nine targeted modules, including Project Planning, Resource & Cost Control, Risk Management, Lean Task Planning, Dashboards & Reports, Scope & Cost Management, Workflows & Forms, Hands-On for administrators, and a special module for P6 experts who want to switch to the cloud.

You will learn how to set up projects, build a WBS, define activities and milestones, calculate critical paths, draw up Gantt charts, work with calendars, constraints, codes, baselines, and scenarios. Practical exercises will help you draw up schedules and monitor progress.

In the Risk Management using Oracle Primavera Cloud module, you will learn how to draw up risk registers, perform Monte Carlo analyses, interpret tornado and distribution diagrams, evaluate control measures, and generate risk reports. Everything is focused on integrated and proactive risk management within projects.

The training courses are practical and developed by trainers with extensive practical experience. You will not only learn how to use the software, but also how to deploy it effectively in complex projects. Upon completion, you will receive our official Oracle Primavera certificate.

The training courses combine theory and practice, with e-learning for theoretical knowledge and classroom or online sessions for practical application. Participants must have at least a bachelor's degree (EQF level 6) and English reading skills at CEFR level B1. Aram Academy provides the licenses for online training courses in Primavera Cloud and classroom training courses; participants are responsible for obtaining their own licenses for online P6 training courses.
