OP6-100 Project Planning using Oracle Primavera P6 Client

The two-day course "Project Planning with Oracle Primavera P6 Client" trains planners to master the basics of project planning and progress monitoring. You will learn to set up projects, build a WBS, define activities and milestones, define dependencies and analyze critical paths. Working with calendars, constraints, activity codes, baselines and schedule comparisons will also be covered. The training, either classroom-based in Rotterdam or online via Microsoft Teams, combines theory with practice and prepares you to effectively plan and manage complex projects.

OP6-200 Resource & Cost Control using Oracle Primavera P6 Client

The "Cost Control with Primavera P6" course teaches you in two parts how to manage resources and costs efficiently within projects. You will receive clear instructions and practical assignments that you can use immediately, such as importing resources via Excel and balancing supply and demand using histograms, curves, and leveling techniques. You will also discover how to effectively deploy resources and roles for capacity planning and resolving bottlenecks, so that you maintain project overview and a balanced schedule, even with multiple projects.
