AAC-400 Risk Management

The risk management course, specially developed for starting risk managers, offers you in an accessible way insight into the basic principles of risk management according to the PMBOK theory of the PMI. During the course you will be introduced to important concepts, techniques and the role of risk management within projects. You will learn to recognize, analyze and effectively manage risks using practical tools. You will also learn how to prepare reports so that you are well prepared to work within any project team.

The Risk Management course is fully online and covers the core principles of risk management within projects. You will learn how to practically identify, describe, analyze and monitor risks throughout the project. This includes attention to applying Monte Carlo analysis and Mitigation and Response planning to effectively manage risks. You will also gain insight into preparing clear reports and keeping an overview of risk management, so that as a risk or project manager you can anticipate potential problems in time and make adjustments where necessary. You follow the course independently and at your own pace. After completing this course you will have the necessary basic knowledge to start the Risk Management using Oracle Primavera Cloud and RISKID course.
