RID-100 Risk Management using RISKID and Oracle Primavera Cloud

Working with RISKID offers a contemporary approach to risk management, ideal for quickly identifying risks and associated measures. In this course, you will discover step by step how the risk management process works with RISKID as a guide. Both theory and practical skills are covered in detail, so that you can work independently as a session facilitator after completing the course. As a member of a project team, you will also learn how to clearly formulate and record risks within RISKID. During the course, you will take on the role of facilitator or risk manager, actively practicing how to facilitate risk sessions.

A central part of the course is setting up RISKID so that the risk register is ready to be imported into Oracle Primavera Cloud via Excel. You will learn how to optimally prepare the risk register for Monte Carlo analyses by utilizing the capabilities of Oracle Primavera Cloud. It is important to gain insight into the Oracle Primavera Cloud risk register and how Monte Carlo analyses work so that you can use RISKID as efficiently as possible. The course focuses primarily on the use of RISKID, with limited use of Oracle Primavera Cloud to strengthen the risk management process.
