RIS-100 Risk Management RISMAN

RIS-100 Risk Management RISMAN

Every project involves risks. It is therefore crucial that a project organization recognizes these risks in a timely manner and anticipates them in order to guarantee the progress and quality of the project. The Risk Management course has been specially developed for project managers, planners, and risk managers who want to learn how to manage risks in a practical way.

The training consists of four main components: the basic principles of risk management, qualitative analyses, quantitative analyses, and risk monitoring. You will also gain insight into advanced techniques such as the Monte Carlo method and probabilistic planning. This approach helps you not only to identify risks, but also to analyze and manage them effectively, making your projects more predictable and manageable.
