The “Resource & Cost Control with Primavera P6” course teaches you, in two parts, how to efficiently manage resources and costs within projects. You’ll receive clear instructions and hands-on exercises that allow you to get started right away, such as importing resources via Excel and balancing supply and demand using histograms, curves, and leveling techniques. You’ll also discover how to effectively deploy resources and roles for capacity planning and resolving bottlenecks, so you can maintain a clear project overview and a balanced schedule, even when managing multiple projects.

You will also work on topics such as working with Level of Effort, WBS activities, and managing overarching activities in Primavera P6. In the second part of the course, you will delve deeper into Earned Value Management (EVM): you will learn how to apply the most important EVM indicators and create reliable progress reports and forecasts, fully integrated into your project environment.
