In this course, you will prepare yourself for using the Scope and Cost app within Oracle Primavera Cloud. You will discover that scope is the foundation of every project. There is a strong focus on drawing up and maintaining the scope, and you will work with cost sheets to record the financial aspects of scope items. You will learn how to efficiently manage change processes and scope changes within the scope. You will also practice calculating quantities and determining percentages. This will give you a good grasp of both the content and budgetary aspects of projects.
